Man faces more charges of indecent exposure

A 23-year-old Gulfport man has been charged in two additional complaints that accuse him of exposing himself to teen girls.

The latest charges allege that Chad Jimmy Lee Parker exposed himself while stopped at traffic lights after school hours on U.S. 49 on Feb. 22 and Feb. 27.

Police Sgt. Chris Ryle said the incidents involved a 17-year-old girl on Duckworth Road and a 19-year-old girl on Orange Grove Road.

Parker was released last week on $1,048 in bonds. His arraignment is set for March 24 in Municipal Court.

Harrison County authorities were investigating a similar report from Feb. 22 when they arrested Parker on charges of indecent exposure and trespassing.

That complaint was filed on behalf of two Harrison Central High students, ages 15 and 16.

The girls said a man without a shirt was watching them from a silver Ford Explorer in the school parking lot around 2:20 p.m.

The 16-year-old said the Ford followed her from School Road to U.S. 49. The girl claims the man showed her his penis, made a lewd comment and drove away.

Parker was jailed and released on bonds of $1,500. His arraignment is April 7 in Justice Court.

Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a $500 fine.

A similar incident was reported at Biloxi High School by a girl who was playing tennis.

She claims a man fondled himself, sneaked up behind her, fondled her and ran off.

Biloxi police investigator Ryan Frazier said Parker doesn’t match that suspect’s description
